The
Attorneys at DunnCox continue to place great emphasis on ensuring
that the confidentiality element of each lawyer-client relationship
is preserved. In providing legal services to clients, attorneys
will receive important personal and financial information directly
from the client or from persons or entities authorized by the
client to furnish same. Any such information will be held in
strict confidence and will not be divulged to anyone outside
of DunnCox unless so permitted by the client or required by
the law.
In
addition, the firm's attorneys are all members of the Jamaican
Bar Association and are governed by the Canons of Professional
Ethics prescribed by the General Legal Council.
