With the increased complexity of International Trade our legal team provides expertise in the following areas (as they impact on doing business in Jamaica): International and CARICOM trade, competition law, anti-dumping, international contracts, export/import regulations, customs and revenue issues, investment regulations and licensing, standards requirements, and international treaties (particularly dealing with trade and taxation). With the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) and the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the EU our lawyers stand ready to assist our clients in maximising the benefits to be had from these trade regimes.
