Topaz L. M. Johnson

Topaz Johnson is a Partner of the firm and a member of its Corporate and Commercial Department.
Topaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies and Economics (First Class Honours); a Master of Science degree in International Business (with Distinction) from the University of the West Indies; an LLB from the University of London and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. Topaz has been certified by the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) as an International Taxation Analyst.
Topaz has seven years of banking experience in Corporate Banking, Development Finance and Investment Management.
Since 2008, Topaz has been providing legal representation and advice in significant Corporate and Commercial Law matters in Jamaica in areas including:

  • Corporate Insolvency and Receivership
  • Credit Facility and Security Structuring and Documentation
