Narda G. Graham

Narda is a Partner and member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Department. Admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2011, Narda is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, who before joining DunnCox, worked at the London office of a major international law firm, where she completed her UK training contract, assisting on transactions such as asset-backed securitizations and project infrastructure and real estate financings. Narda is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association Commercial Law Sub-Committee and sits on the Board of Rise Life Management Services Limited, a charitable organization. She is also a volunteer mentor with Y.U.T.E. (Youth Upliftment Through Employment) and a member of the National Chorale of Jamaica. Narda speaks Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Narda is a graduate of University of London (Master of Laws), City University, London (Bachelor of Laws) and Cornell University, Ithaca, New York (Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude / first class honours).
Narda Graham specializes in corporate transactions with substantial experience in corporate compliance matters, company acquisitions, loan and security documentation, banking and finance law, public procurement, privatization, public-private partnerships, charities law, pensions law and a wide variety of commercial contracts.
