Lincoln A. C. Eatmon

Lincoln Eatmon is the firm's Senior Partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Department. He has been a Partner since 1976. Well known for his involvement in the administration of Jamaican athletics, Lincoln was the first Vice-President of the Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association 1996-2000 and a member of its Executive Committee for several years. He was the Team Manager of the Jamaican Athletic team at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Malaysia, the 2004 Athens Olympics, and the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and has been a member of management teams to the 2000 Sydney Olympics and World Championships in Athletics in Athens 1997 and Paris 2003. Lincoln is a Notary Public and serves on the Board of CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank (Jamaica) Limited.


Lincoln was called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn, England and to the Jamaican Bar in 1973.


Listed as one of the world's leading lawyers in IFLR 1000, his extensive years of practice cover a broad spectrum of areas in corporate, commercial and banking law, including security and loan documentation and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in sports law and administration in Jamaica, having appeared in many high profile anti-doping hearings and as a member of disciplinary tribunals. He is currently chairman of the Inter-Collegiate Sports Association Disciplinary Tribunal.
