Jonathan D. K. Morgan

Jonathan Morgan was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department. He was also admitted to practice law in Trinidad and Tobago in 2014. Jonathan is a former President of the Youth of the United Nations Group-Trinidad and Tobago, and has served as a volunteer of both Circle K International (Barbados) and the youth branch of Rotary International (Trinidad and Tobago).
 
Education
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School. Throughout his studies, Jonathan demonstrated his enthusiasm for legal research and advocacy by participating in the 2007 Model United Nations Assembly (Trinidad), the 2009 Youth Forum of the 5th Summit of the Americas (Trinidad), the 2012 World Universities Debating Championship (Antalya, Turkey), and the 2013 and 2014 Phillip C. Jessup, International Moot Court Competitions (Washington D.C., U.S.A.).
 
Experience
Jonathan’s practice covers a broad array of general litigation which includes debt collection, labour disputes, personal injury matters and contractual disputes. Before joining DunnCox, Jonathan worked for a firm in Trinidad where he gained legal training and exposure to complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
