Courtney M. Williams

Courtney is a Partner and member of the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Department. Chairman of the Board of the Melrose Primary and Junior High School, Courtney sits on the advisory body of the Jamaica Teaching Council. He is also fluent in Spanish with knowledge of conversational French.
Called to the Jamaican Bar in 2007, Courtney obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies and Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. He also a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Relations with Honours and aCertificate in International Environmental Law from the University of Florida and Universidad de Costa Rica.
Courtney Williams focuses his practice on a wide range of litigation matters, including family law, labour disputes, land matters, personal injury, maritime law and commercial litigation.
