Narda G. Graham

| Narda Graham was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2011 and is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. Narda practices Corporate and Commercial Law. Prior to entering the legal profession, Narda worked and volunteered in the field of socio-economic development in Jamaica and overseas. A member of the Jamaican Bar Association Commercial Law Sub-Committee; the National Chorale of Jamaica; and a volunteer mentor with Y.U.T.E. (Youth Upliftment through Employment), Narda speaks Spanish, French and Portuguese. She also sits on the Board of Rise Life Management Services Limited, a charitable organization and is a member of the Carifolk Singers. |

Experience

| Before joining DunnCox, Narda worked at the London office of the international law firm, Allen & Overy, where she completed her UK training contract mainly in the firm’s Banking and International Capital Markets departments, assisting on large multi-jurisdictional transactions such as asset-backed securitizations and project infrastructure and real estate financings. While at A&O she was seconded for six months to UBS, where she negotiated prime brokerage agreements with hedge funds and other investment funds. As a member of DunnCox’s Corporate and Commercial department, Narda has gained experience in corporate compliance matters, company share acquisitions, loan and security documentation, bond issues, and a wide variety of commercial contracts. |
